Dear Garden City School Community,

I am pleased to share that the Garden City community has approved the 2026–2027 school budget. Thank you for your continued support of our students, staff, and schools.

This budget reflects our commitment to maintaining the high- quality educational experience our community values while remaining fiscally responsible. It supports important priorities, including a new K–2 literacy resource, continued investments in mathematics and science, student supports, cocurricular and extracurricular opportunities, technology and cybersecurity, and resources to support teaching and learning across all grade levels. 

Garden City has always placed great value on education. Your support allows us to continue providing meaningful opportunities for all students while planning thoughtfully for the future.

Finally, congratulations to Ms. Gaffney.  She will continue on the Board of Education as a Trustee.
